Refund Terms & Conditions

1. No Refund as Standard Policy
   • Course fees paid are generally non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
2. Medical Exception
   • Refund requests will be considered only on genuine medical grounds.
   • The student must submit a valid medical certificate or supporting documents issued by a registered medical practitioner.
3. Refund Amount
   • If the refund request is approved on medical grounds, the student will be eligible to receive 30% of the total course fee as a refund.
4. Time Limit
   • Medical refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of enrollment.
   • Requests received after 30 days from the enrollment date will not be accepted.
5. Processing Time
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after verification of all required documents.
6. Final Decision
   • Ad Campaign Academy reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and make the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of any refund request.
